DERECON’s Residential Construction Services consist of New Construction, Renovation and Design.

All projects are managed from beginning to end with efficiency and on time. We also co-operate with General Contractors to expedite projects on sub-contract basis if required.

By creating our own designs, we are able to save clients a substantial portion of funds, which may then be applied into labor or materials for additional savings. This service is usually provided to clients who’s budget does not include funding for design services.

We work closely with our clients to make certain that all designs include every detail the client has imagined for their home or office.
