DERECON’s Commercial Services are narrowed down to the Renovation and Finishing aspect of the construction.

It involves complete Office Space Renovations including exterior envelope, as well as finishing work on New Construction projects. A secondary part of the Commercial Services consists of a full or partial renovations to Apartment Buildings and Condominium Units. The work performed on these types of projects usually involves ordinary repair work such as Flooring, Drywall, Paint and Tile In other cases it may be more advanced where a complete renovation or upgrading is necessary.
